A few brief words on how these programs work. Most of them write a cookie on your computer. The cookie is good for 7-120 days depending on the program. If you make a purchase inside of the time the cookie is valid for then a commission is paid. Some of them only allow one commission per 30 day period but allow ongoing commissions. Some of them have lifetime caps on the number of purchases that a commission is paid on. If you use anti-spy ware software it may remove these cookies.
